1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By creating an account or using BunkBar, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the app.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

BunkBar is an attendance-tracking and bunk-planning utility designed for students. It helps you monitor attendance percentages and plan leaves without violating institutional requirements. BunkBar does not guarantee any academic outcome.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to misuse BunkBar. Prohibited activities include attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems, reverse-engineering the app, using the service for any unlawful purpose, or interfering with other users' enjoyment of the app.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property within BunkBar are owned by or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

BunkBar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that attendance calculations will be perfectly accurate in every scenario.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BunkBar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the app, including academic disciplinary action.

8. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
